It is a forged book attributed to a secret Jewish group, and it claims to explain a plot to dominate the world, and is used to promote anti-Semitic ideas.
The Protocols of the Elders of Zion or the Rules of the Elders of Zion is a forged document that talks about a plan to conquer the world created by the Jews and includes 24 protocols. This document was written in 1901 by Matthew Golovinsky, a forger and informant of the Tsarist political police, and was inspired by the book Dialogue in Hell between Machiavelli and Montesquieu by Maurice Joly, who refers in his book to the existence of a false and pre-planned plan to conquer the world by Napoleon III and was developed by the Council of Jewish Elders with the aim of destroying Christianity and dominating the world.
