Ahmed Salama is a Jordanian writer and political journalist. He was born in 1954 in the village of Bidya, Nablus Governorate, Palestine. He graduated from the Faculty of Arts at the University of Jordan and began his career at the Jordanian newspaper Al-Rai, where he served as managing editor and wrote a weekly column. He later worked as an advisor to His Royal Highness Prince Hassan bin Talal at the Royal Hashemite Court, and then published the weekly newspaper Al-Hilal. He currently serves as an advisor to His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
