Amr Hussein is an Egyptian writer, novelist, and short story writer, born on November 17, 1976, in Cairo, Egypt. He graduated from the Department of Communications Engineering at the Faculty of Engineering, Cairo University, and earned a Master of Business Administration from Maastricht University in the Netherlands. He currently works as an IT Project Manager for an oil production company. His work has led him to live in several Arab cities, including Tripoli, Libya, and Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Amr Hussein’s writing spans various genres, including fiction, romance, and satire. He published his first full-length novel, “The Bet,” in 2012. He also wrote a comedy film titled “I’m from This Country,” and currently writes a weekly column for the newspaper’s website.
