Atef Talal Ibrahim Abu Saif (born June 20, 1973) is a Palestinian writer, novelist, and politician. On February 5, 2018, he was appointed spokesperson for the Fatah movement by its Commission for Information, Culture, and Intellectual Mobilization. He also served as Minister of Culture in the government of Mohammad Shtayyeh from April 2019 to March 2024.
