Khalil Aboud Saleh al-Dulaimi (born 1962) is an Iraqi lawyer, human rights activist, and former member of the Iraqi Bar Association. He represented former President Saddam Hussein between 2005 and 2006. He currently lives in Jordan and has authored several books, most notably: This is What Happened and Justice from an American Perspective.
In December 2008, Muntadhar al-Zaidi, an Iraqi radio journalist who was detained after throwing his shoes at US President George W. Bush, rejected al-Dulaimi’s offer to represent him legally.
