Mustafa bin Muhammad bin Salim bin Muhyiddin bin Mustafa Al-Ghalayini (born in Beirut in 1886 corresponding to 1302 AH) is a journalist, Arabic language professor, judge and former head of the Islamic Council in Beirut.

He studied in Beirut and Cairo, starting with his practical activity as a professor of Arabic language and principles of Islamic jurisprudence at the Islamic College in Beirut, and had study circles in the Great Omari Mosque in the city center. In 1910 AD, he joined the Union and Progress Society and issued its monthly magazine Al-Nabras and joined the Beirut Reform Society, and finally volunteered in the Ottoman army and participated in the Canal War against the British army, where the Ottoman army failed to cross the strategic Suez Canal, and after the appearance of the Arab flag of King Faisal I on the outskirts of the Levant, Al-Ghalayini joined him, and Prince Abdullah bin Al-Hussein chose him to teach his sons the Arabic language and Islamic sciences.
