Saad Abdul Salam Al-Bazzaz Al-Khazraji (born in Mosul, Iraq on 18 April 1952) is an Iraqi businessman and writer living in London. His uncle, former Minister of Information Shadhil Taqa, was appointed director of the Iraqi Cultural Center in London, and during the time of Iraqi President Saddam Hussein he was appointed director of the Iraqi News Agency and then became director of Iraqi Radio and Television, and then became deputy to Uday Saddam Hussein in the Iraqi Journalists Syndicate. He left Iraq in October 1992 and founded the widely circulated Al-Zaman newspaper in London. He is the head of a humanitarian organization based in Dubai, and founded Al-Sharqiya TV in mid-May 2004, with offices in Baghdad, Dubai, London and Amman.
