Zaghloul Ragheb Mohamed El-Naggar (November 17, 1933), an Egyptian geologist and Islamic preacher, was born in the village of Mishal, Basion Center, Gharbia Governorate. He is famous for giving lectures and seminars on the scientific miracle in the Islamic holy texts (the Qur’an and the Prophet’s Hadith). He studied at the Faculty of Science, Cairo University, and graduated in 1955 with honors. He was honored by receiving the Dr. Mustafa Baraka Award in Earth Sciences. He is a fellow of the International University of Islamic Sciences and a member of its Board of Directors, and one of the founders of the International Authority for Scientific Miracles in the Qur’an and Sunnah.
