The complete works of the poet Muzaffar al-Nawab

Muzaffar al-Nawab is a widely famous Arab poet who was known in many capitals as a homeless poet accused of engaging in politics. Within the framework of the integrated poetic vision on which Muzaffar al-Nawab’s poetry is based, the researcher can observe a group of contents that al-Nawab’s poems insist on presenting and deepening their dimensions. These are clear and distinct contents on the one hand, and intertwined and fused into one composition on the other hand, due to the comprehensiveness of the vision. When al-Nawab moves from one content to another or from one purpose to another, he does not need the good disposal that many poets need. Rather, a single, deep poetic soul sets out from which this poetry, whose contents are distinguished by the poem’s index, is distinguished in a way that indicates its multiplicity and the unity of the poetic vision from which it was launched at the same time. We see in Al-Nawab’s poems two broad themes that most of his poetry is packed into: the poetry of political struggle and the poetry of feelings. Many fall into these two broad themes.
