The book deals with how to transform negative thinking into positive to achieve success and overcome challenges.

In this book, Al-Faqih sheds light on thinking, and is interested in explaining negative thinking and how it is formed in humans, what are its motives and causes, and what are its results on humans. Then he discusses positive thinking and how to reach it through several tools, and the resulting distinction for its owner
The book lists the reasons for negative thinking that accumulate on humans in their daily lives, making them a person without a goal, so he arranged them into eleven reasons, some of which we will mention:
The first reason mentioned by the writer is distance from God Almighty. Here, the writer highlights the magical result of closeness to God Almighty, which saves humans from confusion and nihilism, and which draws the path for them with companionship
The second reason is negative routine. Negative routine is one of the reasons that occupy the individual’s life and time, but it does not reflect positively on him in anything in his life, so the individual remains within mazes and habits that are of no benefit
The third reason is living in the past. Here the author hit the most important reason for negative thinking, crying over ruins and regretting what has passed only adds more regret to a person, which ultimately leads to negative thinking.

The fourth reason is negative company. Company is what charges a person with his emotions and thoughts, so if company spreads negative thoughts, the result will undoubtedly be negative thinking.

The fifth reason is the lack of clear goals. Feeling lost and not setting goals only leads to negativity and thus to negative thinking.

The sixth reason is the media. The media is a powerful means of directing opinion and people, and spreading feelings in the souls of followers. If it spreads negative thoughts, it will lead you to negative thinking.
The writer also presented the results of negative thinking after presenting the reasons, and he indicated that the results of negative thinking are qualities that are rooted in the human soul and are difficult to get rid of, and he counted them in three results:
Blame
Criticism
Comparison
He also reviewed positive thinking, discussed its definition and means, and indicated that positive thinking is considered a source of strength as well as a source of freedom, a source of strength because it helps a person think about the solution, and a source of freedom because it frees a person from his suffering and negative thoughts. He explained the results of positive thinking in three qualities that a person acquires, which are:
Decision
Choice
Responsibility
