This book is based on a study that aimed to identify the level of training competencies available among school administration supervisors implementing training center programs at the Directorates General of Education in the Sultanate of Oman. The study followed a descriptive approach, using a questionnaire to collect data and information. The questionnaire was administered to a sample of 225 principals in five educational governorates: North Al Sharqiyah, Ad Dakhiliyah, North Al Batinah, South Al Batinah, and Al Dhahirah. The study concluded with a set of important findings and made several recommendations, the most important of which are: strengthening school administration supervisors implementing training center programs at the Directorates General of Education in the Sultanate by encouraging and rewarding them for their efforts, developing their targeted administrative competencies, and equipping them with the skills to understand the field-related problems facing school principals.
