Bertrand Russell Nobel 1950 – Born on 18/5/1872 to a British aristocratic family. His father was Prime Minister twice during the reign of Queen Victoria – Philosopher, historian, researcher in logic and mathematics, and advocate for civil and social rights and peace issues – He witnessed the two major world wars. He had positions against them. And against the Vietnam War and nuclear armament. – He won the Nobel Peace Prize in 1950 for his distinguished activities and writings in support of humanitarian issues and his defense of freedom.. He died on 2/2/1970 at the age of ninety-eight.
