Description
The aim of this book is not to slander Imam al-Bukhari or to question his good intentions and the motives that accompanied him in compiling his Sahih. Rather, it is to emphasize that what is contained in Sahih al-Bukhari is not sacred revelation, but is subject to criticism, revision, or rejection, despite all the aura and sanctity that have been woven around it by others for over a thousand years.
While many non-Muslims believe that Imam al-Bukhari exerted his best effort and will not be deprived of his reward from his Lord, I believe that he was the first to contribute to the blurring of lines between divine revelation and human speech, creating confusion and a sense of convergence in the minds of most Muslims, the effects of which are reflected in all aspects of their lives today.
