Description
The Holy Quran is replete with civil laws that regulate public life, regardless of belief. This statement is often disbelieved by the majority of people, including Muslims, yet these are truths that have been obscured and forgotten. This book serves as evidence of this.
It presents laws for spending and consultation, which, if implemented, would eradicate poverty completely. Every individual in society would be of equal importance, with their rights equally protected.
No individual or group would have guardianship over others. The position of head of state would be merely a job, devoid of any special privileges, and would not qualify its holder to legislate or unilaterally dictate national policies. This position could be held by men and women, Muslims and non-Muslims alike, as governance would be based on the law, not on individuals.
