Description
The book Philosophy Jurisprudence consists of two parts1/2 The first part is entitled Philosophy and Translation and the second part is entitled Philosophical Discourse, written by Taha Abdel Rahman. This book is one of the pillars of Dr. Taha Abdel Rahman’s philosophical project, and he dedicated it to answering a path that leads to philosophical creativity in the Arab world, with a connection to translation; and this answer is based on his establishment of an independent science called “Philosophy Jurisprudence” (combining the rank of jurisprudence among the legal and the position of philosophy among the scientific), and he defined it as the science that: looks at philosophy as a set of rhetorical and behavioral phenomena that accept description, analysis and theorization, i.e. critical contemplation of philosophy as a subject.
