Contemplate the negative, and sadness will transform into happiness, anger into empathy, and greed into sharing. This is the science of inner alchemy, based on transforming the negative into the positive, on turning base metal into gold.
Life is short, and energy is very limited. Through this energy, we must find infinity; we must find eternal life within this short life. It is a great task, and it is a great challenge. The human spirit is inherently free, but freedom means taking full responsibility for your life and not shifting it onto others.
