Perhaps the continued scientific and technological progress achieved by humanity in various fields requires a renewed outlook, the generation of new ideas, and the encouragement of creativity, especially in developing countries that strive to keep pace with scientific progress and technological advancement.
Therefore, the focus on creativity and creative individuals in both developed and developing countries has become an absolute necessity in the modern era. This is due to the importance of creativity in the development and progress of societies, as well as its role as a primary tool for humans in confronting various life problems and future challenges. Therefore, this study aimed to identify the degree of administrative creativity practiced by primary school principals in the North Al Sharqiyah Governorate in the Sultanate of Oman. If a leader discovers a method that brings members of the organization together and encourages them to work in a cooperative, supportive team spirit, responsible for achieving common goals efficiently and effectively, then this is creativity.
