It is a literary work that depicts the daily lives of Palestinians in its painful and resistant details, as the writer weaves their stories related to the land, olives, and conflict, with a deep human touch.

Three female characters move in this novel, but the novel is a condensation of fifty years of the vicissitudes that the Palestinian person was exposed to outside his homeland, from before the year of the Nakba until the mid-nineties of the last century, and a deep contemplation of the idea of exile and persuasion, but the main thing that occupies all the pages of this novel is the idea of rape, in a narrative atmosphere capable of gripping the reader strongly… and an atmosphere of intensity, resentment and revolution that sometimes makes one feel that he is unable to catch his breath.
