The second part is an edition of the treatise by Ala&#8217; al-Din Ibn al-Nafis al-Qurashi, entitled &#8220;The Selected Foods,&#8221; in which he lists foods to consume in various illnesses, for weight gain or loss, for increasing or suppressing sexual potency, and so on.
