Alawiya Sobh (1955-) is a Lebanese writer, journalist, thinker, and critic.
She was born in Beirut in 1955 to a family originally from southern Lebanon who had migrated to the Achrafieh district of Beirut before her birth.
She spent her childhood moving between Achrafieh, Barah Hammoud, and Sabtieh with her family.
