Dr. Khadija has been an Assistant Professor at the College of Education at Zayed University since 2013. She has extensive experience in teaching and curriculum development. Her research interests include teaching strategies, curriculum design, and the integration of technology into the learning process. The opportunity to work with generations of teachers was the primary motivation behind her decision to pursue a career in academia. Her teaching approach relies on the use of diverse and diverse teaching strategies to ensure that students learn different learning styles, critical thinking, and how to shape their future identities. Dr. Khadija also pays special attention to diversity and multiculturalism, and encourages her students to participate in open-ended formative and summative assessments through various activities, such as collaborative research projects and presentations.
