Dr. Hardan Hadi Sayel is an Iraqi academic and researcher specializing in media, public relations, and digital media. He worked as a professor in the Public Relations Department at the College of Media, Iraqi University, and has authored several books and studies in the fields of digital media, websites, and public relations. His published works include the book “Principles of Public Relations,” in addition to studies on Islamic digital media, public image, and the role of websites in shaping public opinion.
