Dr. Hussein Ahmad Ayed Rababa’a is a Jordanian researcher and academic specializing in educational measurement and evaluation. He received his PhD from Yarmouk University in 2012. He serves as the Executive Director and Founder of the Al-Hashemi Center for Public Opinion Polls, where he leads field research activities and applied studies.

He has published numerous peer-reviewed research papers in the fields of creativity measurement, educational evaluation, e-learning, number theory and its mathematical applications, which have appeared in prestigious international scientific journals. He has made significant contributions to the development of psychometric tools and the construction of innovative thinking models. He has also presented pioneering research on the relationship between thinking styles and creativity tests. In addition to his research activities, he has authored several books in the fields of education and creativity. He also possesses extensive experience in training researchers on advanced statistical analysis programs such as SPSS and AMOS, with a particular focus on applying the results of scientific research to improve the quality of education, support youth, and promote sustainable development.
