Mamdouh Sabri Adwan (November 23, 1941 – December 19, 2004) was a Syrian writer, poet, playwright, and translator. He worked as a journalist for the Syrian newspaper Al-Thawra from 1964 and wrote articles for numerous Syrian newspapers and Arab magazines until his death. He also wrote several television series that aired on Syrian television.
