May Abbas Muzaffar al-Khalidi (born 1940) is an Iraqi writer and poet. Born in Baghdad, she holds a degree in English literature from the University of Baghdad. She spent a long period working as a researcher and translator for the Iraqi Reinsurance Company before dedicating herself entirely to writing and poetry. She has authored several poetry collections and other creative works, and has translated five books from English—primarily in the field of comparative literature and art. Additionally, she has published numerous studies and articles in both Arabic and English-language newspapers and specialized journals.
