Yassine Slimani is an Algerian writer and theater critic who has produced numerous critical studies on theater. He has co-authored and supervised several collective and individual books, including: “The Question of Drama,” “Unreliable Lines,” “The Eye and the Horizon,” “The Undermining of Art,” “The Madness of Theater and Its Gardens,” and “The Reader and the Signs.” He also writes a weekly column in the daily newspaper Al-Jumhuriya entitled “Yassine’s Theater.”
