Description
This is the conclusion of what Simon the Egyptian, son of Zachary, known as Simon the Egyptian, wrote about the events of the Children of Israel in the Wilderness of Sin, and their story from the time of crossing the sea until the death of Moses, son of Imran. I know that only two things were written on these scraps: something I witnessed with my own eyes or something I heard from a trustworthy man. I call the Lord (El) to witness that I did not seek glory or honor with this book, but rather to demonstrate my testimony about a generation of the people of the Children of Israel, whom God chose and miraculously saved from their enemy. Then He became angry with them and destroyed them in that barren wilderness, after making them taste the hardships of their journey and the bitterness of their wanderings. This is a book I do not know who will read it. Whoever you are, I hope you will remember the author of these chapters with compassion and pray for his forgiveness.
