Description
Alec, a middle-aged cartoonist, and Eve, the bestselling author of a unique, legendary book, are the sole inhabitants of a small island off the Atlantic coast. They never see each other until the day an inexplicable collapse of all communication forces them out of their self-imposed isolation.
