This book reveals these life energies and demonstrates how to unleash and develop them, empowering our people. It draws upon a new branch of psychology: “positive psychology,” which focuses on uncovering all that is alive, active, and healthy within individuals, and how to cultivate it to achieve human empowerment, a fulfilling existence, and a state of well-being. This work represents an attempt to revitalize the Arab individual, unleashing their potential and empowering them to act and shape their own destiny. It thus serves as a remedy for the ailments of oppression, waste, and prejudice—the very ills that characterized our three previous works—and complements them by highlighting the positive, vibrant aspects of our being and how to cultivate and empower them.
