Description
The novel tells the story of two main characters. The first is Maria, a young woman suffering from a mental illness that causes her to experience unnatural nightmares at a frequency far exceeding what a normal person can endure. These nightmares turn her life upside down! Maria tries to control her nightmares, especially the recurring ones. Despite consulting numerous doctors, therapists, and others, she finds no solutions or cure anywhere! Therefore, her mother suggests art therapy. Maria diligently follows this therapy, beginning to paint her nightmares on canvases. The nightmares do indeed stop recurring, but they persist in her mind. Maria continues painting her nightmares for years, becoming a very famous artist and selling her paintings to many people at exorbitant prices! Then comes the day that drastically changes Maria’s life. The nightmares spill from the canvases into reality, becoming serial murders. Everything depicted in the paintings is meticulously replicated in the victims, transforming the artwork into a real-life nightmare! Maria tries in vain to control her relentless nightmares before she loses her mind and is implicated in a series of murders simply for being the artist behind the haunting paintings! What will happen to her? How will she survive the nightmares in her dreams and the nightmares in reality? How will she escape the monsters that have escaped from her paintings? Maria, who doesn’t even remember her childhood, what it was like, or who her father was, finds herself trapped between nightmares and a relentless series of crimes…
