Description
Indeed, the author foresees the features of an entirely new era. To this end, he did not merely address the political, economic, and psychological frameworks, as he had done in his previous books, but also incorporated a range of philosophical concepts and scientific ideas in an attempt to examine the global question in general, and the European question in particular, from all its angles. From this perspective, Gustave Le Bon critically examined existing alliances, objectively and meticulously studied the structure of revolutions, and demonstrated the changing mentality of rulers. He also addressed the devastation caused by the war on both material and intellectual levels, and the means of confronting the resulting ruin.
