The last decade of the 20th century was truly the age of communication. Communication was no longer merely a tool to aid the production process; it had become a form of advanced production itself. On a human level, societies are now witnessing a new wave of development: training in human relations, teamwork, and communication. Current efforts are focused on restoring the importance of human communication. The Arab world is not facing a crisis in this type of communication.
