Description
This book comprises six chapters that apply the critical process in diverse ways. This diversity stems from the variety of texts targeted for critique and represents an attempt to present a critical text that rises to the level of the literary text, paralleling it without being merely an appendage to it. I have selected from the literary texts—novels, poetry, and plays—those primarily connected to the boundaries of my own knowledge: heritage, philosophy, and mysticism. This is to avoid arbitrary interpretations or a failure to delve deeply into the texts, thus preventing me from overcoming them and establishing a unique critical text that originates from the literary text while simultaneously diverging from it.
