Description

The author employs the historical method and his textual critical abilities to explain the events he experienced over the past decade and a half, which are part of the major event related to the colonization of Palestine and its effects on the colonizer and the colonized. He rejects any logical or historical equivalence between them as “two parties,” including the discourse on the peace process that underlies it. While deconstructing the Zionist discourse on the Jewish question itself, on the Palestinians, and on its racist settler-colonial product in Palestine is the primary concern of these articles, he does not hesitate to direct criticism (not blame) at the victim and the distorted awareness produced by their relationship with the colonizer among intellectuals and parasitic groups coexisting with the cause, and then at the peace process. The book rehabilitates concepts that were cast aside during the period of decline of the Palestinian national project, considering them mere slogans. He proves that casting them aside is governed by ideology and submission to power relations, and that it is absolutely impossible to understand what is happening without the conceptual tools represented by racism, settler colonialism, apartheid, liberation, and others. He rehabilitates them in order to understand a colonial reality that cannot be understood without them, and ignoring them requires obfuscation. Looking at it and distorting reality and the self.
