Description
Hindi, a woman of exceptional beauty, is afflicted with acromegaly, a condition that causes excessive growth of the limbs and bones, transforming her into a monstrous creature. Her mother disowns her sick daughter, hiding her in the kitchen attic. But Hind manages to escape.
In her random wanderings, the ugly woman lives in a suburb of Paris before deciding to return to her country, which is itself suffering from inflation due to its mounting problems.
Many perplexing and ambiguous questions surround the lives of ordinary people, whose destinies are shaped by coincidences, both large and small.
