Description
A collection of articles scattered across various topics and time periods, some dating back to the 1930s and others to the 1940s. The book can be easily divided into several parts: The first section, at the beginning, is a collection of articles on complete intellectual freedom, particularly in research and universities. This section is almost excellent, demonstrating a high degree of freedom and intellectual breadth. The book almost deserves five stars, especially considering the subject matter is so relevant to those times, which I imagined to be dark, when they were defending what we, the children of the 21st century, have failed to do. Indeed, the title “Intellectual Awakening” is fitting for the entire work. The second section comprises a collection of articles on various topics and years, including Zionism, women, and other subjects.
