Description
This novel is not bound by age or genre, nor does it adhere to any specific narrative form. Its primary aim is liberation from the ready-made, traditional molds against which our Prophet Ibrahim constantly rebelled.
Time and place shift in this novel. At times, it speaks of a distant past, at others of the present, and implicitly points to a future that must come to pass.
Sometimes it speaks of the historical city of Ur, and at other times of any modern capital city in the world.
There is one place this novel constantly strives to inhabit, to stimulate and activate it.
And that place is the reader’s mind, regardless of age.
