Description

When the conflict runs its full course and the occupier is uprooted from our land—never to return—Tirat Haifa, like all of Palestine, will remain unbroken. Throughout more than five thousand years, it—along with the rest of Palestine—has endured countless invasions, yet it has remained, in its very soil and earth, Arab in its identity and heritage. As an act of devotion—albeit a long-awaited one—the author began to craft this work with patience and care. Now, with the project brought to fruition, the time has come for it to be held in the hands of the descendants. As they turn its pages and gaze upon its images, the name “Tira” will remain alive in their souls, vibrant in their hearts, and ever-present in their minds.
